Meridian is an operational intelligence platform built for logistics companies navigating real-time complexity. It synthesises live data streams into decision surfaces that operators can act on — not just observe.
The existing tools in this space were dashboards. They presented data beautifully but offered no path from information to action. Teams were drowning in visibility and starving for clarity.
We spent the first month embedded with operations teams before writing a line of code. The insight: the bottleneck was not data. It was the cognitive load of translating data into next actions. We designed around the decision, not the dashboard.
Meridian entered production with three logistics operators and has been running continuously since. The teams using it describe the experience as "having a second brain during the shift."
